The interview process was not a long process at all. There was a panel review and then a second interview with the learner of the team that I was applying for.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Convergys (Jacksonville, FL)
Interview
I was referred to Convergys by a friend. I initially had two phone interviews with the Hiring Manger and Director, then an onsite interview. I left the onsite interview very excited and really hoping I would get the job as the opportunity to contribute was great
