Indeed, the role you applied for is called a graduate program but as you might have seen in the job offer, it is stated that this is a 6-month internship contract for fresh graduates (https://jobs.lever.co/contentsquare/c73470cd-fca1-4670-9845-1552a3724db4). The reason why it's named this way is because of the objective to become a CSM at the end of this program. We're also open to other types of contract if needed.
