      Entretien téléphonique, puis entretien en groupe sur un cas d'usage. L'entretien en groupe était un peu spécial / biaisé : nous étions 4 et avions tous le même cas pratique à traiter. Il s'agissait ensuite de dire chacun ce que nous aurions fait dans la situation décrite, en se mettant dans des conditions réelles de meeting. A mon sens, compliqué d'évaluer, car nous avions tous le même rôle, et donc le même objectif (à savoir parler le plus possible, être celui qui prend des notes, qui parle le premier, qui fait le récap). Il aurait été intéressant de nous donner différents rôles pour éviter que ça soit ressenti comme un concours de celui qui dirait le plus de choses. Au final, le sentiment que les idées apportées n'importaient peu VS la quantité de phrases prononcées. Egalement le sentiment que l'accent n'était pas mis sur l'organisation, le travail en équipe, l'écoute, mais qu'ils recherchaient plus quelqu'un qui prenne le dessus et "écrase" les autres. Certaines personnes n'ont fait que paraphraser et répéter ce qui avait été dit, je pense que ce n'est pas une bonne méthode d'évaluation du travail en équipe.

      Bonjour, Merci pour ce retour ! Le but n’était bien sûr pas de valoriser la prise de dessus mais au contraire la capacité à échanger et travailler en équipe. Cependant, nous nous sommes rendus compte que ce n’était pas la meilleure manière d’évaluer ces compétences et nous sommes vraiment désolés de l’expérience que vous avez vécue. Nous avons depuis revu le processus de recrutement et supprimé cette étape. A la place, nous proposons au candidat de rencontrer les managers de l’équipe CSM en entretien individuel. Cela permet ainsi à la personne de se sentir en confiance en ayant un échange plus confidentiel, et pour nous, d’évaluer de façon plus juste les compétences attendues Merci encore pour ces précieux feedbacks qui nous permettent de proposer une expérience toujours meilleure à nos candidats !

      Was straight forward with 5 rounds including introductions. Introduction Manager Intro Assignment Culture Fit Salary Discussion Everyone were very helpful and understanding with clear instructions about each round.Although the interviews panned out for over a month the team were communicative and were clear about timelines.

      The process was well structures, communication was consistent and each stage was designed to show off my relevant skills. The task stage was really beneficial when it came to supporting my application as it enabled me to put a lot of my experience into practice and demonstrate my capabilities .

      It was a 4 step process interviewing with representatives at multiple levels of the Customer Success Organisation both online and in person interviews with a presentation. They came across very welcoming and the questions and meetings flowed nicely. The internal recruiter kept me up to date throughout the whole process.
