First there is a phone interview with the HR lady. Then they call you in their office for an interview. However, their interviews are way too focused on behavioral questions, rather than having a fluid conversation. Way too many behavioral questions and importance given to it. Seems kind of unnecessary. Interrogated too much if you answer questions in a way that is not to their liking.
Pretty straight forward. strengths, weaknesses, why I want the job. they view involvement in college as important if you don't have actual work experience, being part of clubs, leadership roles, etc.

The HR rep was incredibly responsive. It started with a phone interview followed by an in-person interview where I met with members of the team. I applied for a few jobs so the process in total took about 3 hours.
