Consensys Software Developer interview questions

There was a take home assignment that was 45 minutes. I correctly solved the problem, but then got an auto-rejection email a few days later with no explanation. The problem involved downloading their chrome extension, and the auto-rejection email was really an ad for a job-search service. Very scammy.

I underwent a technical test as part of the interview process. The scope of the test was unusually large, requiring nearly 10 hours of dedicated effort to complete. Despite the significant time investment and ensuring my answer was 100% correct, I did not receive any response from the company. This lack of communication persisted even after I made multiple attempts to follow up. The entire experience felt like a total waste of time, with no feedback or acknowledgment of the effort put into the test.
