Connext Global Solutions. interview questions

The interview process felt longer than necessary. There were multiple stages including recruitment screening, an initial interview, a final interview, and a client interview and another client final interview. While I understand the importance of thorough evaluation, the number of steps made the process quite extensive and may discourage some candidates from continuing. Streamlining the process could improve the overall candidate experience.
