Confluent Technical Support Engineer interview questions

Waste of time interviewing with Confluent. On an Entry level Technical support role , hiring manager requires developlement skills. There is a major gap between job description , Hiring team and what hiring manager actually wants.

I applied online. A recruiter reached out and we talked on a short screening interview. Then, scheduled an initial manager screening interview and an initial tech screen. After that, an interview panel was set up. It consisted of 3 rounds of tech interviews in which one is behavioral w.r.t handling difficult situations. Finally, a hiring manager wrap up interview.
