They took 8 rounds of overall interview and finally i was not selected. I felt like they dont communicate internally
If you have a lot of time to waste then setup interview with Confluent, good luck

Waste of time interviewing with Confluent. On an Entry level Technical support role , hiring manager requires developlement skills. There is a major gap between job description , Hiring team and what hiring manager actually wants.

Round 4 - Manager Round
Recuriting team scheduled all interviews back to back. Highly satisfied with team who scheduled all rounds.
But, There is no result announcement in between. And after all rounds did not get any response from HR.
Please change the process atleast. Because you are conducting all the rounds and not giving any update after all these rounds. It is liking wasting both interviewer and interviewee's time.
