Interview
30 min recruiter call. 1 hour phone call with hiring manager. Three 1 hour panel interviews each with two engineers back to back.
They asked good questions and seemed very interested. I gave solid, clear, long form answers. There wasn't much need for them to ask clarifying questions due to explaining my answers pretty well. The team was made up of mostly foreigners outside of the states.
Two days later, I get a rejection email. I guess I didn't match their "culture" fit.
