The company had no clear idea of what they wanted to hire, and ultimately, the role shifted to that of an Account Manager. The entire hiring process was a nightmare that spanned two months. It involved a grueling three-stage interview, where HR screening inexplicably took place after the first interview, leaving me confused about the process. I was given a task that felt like unpaid work, and the final interview with the CEO turned into a 1.5-hour interrogation rather than a meaningful conversation. Overall, this experience reflects a disorganized and unprofessional recruitment process that I would not recommend to anyone.
