Good experience 4 steps - Phone interview with HR for screening , face to face on site interview with operations & original position holder with back and forth Q&A on various scenarios, 2 HR representative expanding on background with strong explanation of Company's philosophy, direct and culture. Final interview with Plant manager...very thorough
