The guy interviewing me claimed he was going to send over an email for me to move forward for the position because he liked my answers and saw me as a good fit. Only for me to receive an email the next day saying i was not being chosen for a position. Extremely unprofessional to lie to a candidate regarding having a position just to tell them "just kidding, you dont." Even though it was short, it was a waste of my time.
