Compass Foods interview questions

I had a poor interview experience with Compass Food. The interviewer arrived 30 minutes late without offering any explanation or apology. Throughout the interview, he made inappropriate and irrelevant remarks about my age, educational background, family, and current drawn salary. At no point was the role I applied for discussed. The entire interaction lacked professionalism and felt intrusive and disrespectful.

GM is little bit harsh, questioned about past experience which totally not related to the opening role. But personally feel that it isn't that worse. HR should filter it better
