The Interview process was horrific and unorganized. I was interviewed 4 times by different people, they all asked the same questions. Furthermore, for one interview, they rescheduled the time of the interview on the same day, were still 30 minutes late and kept me an extra hour over. In the end, the question that mattered the most was the salary expectation, which they did not ask me until the last question of the last interview. Had they spoken with me about that earlier, I could have saved myself the three following interviews. I later found that they often offer salaries far below the Seattle market rate.
At the end, they did not even inform me that they were not making an offer until I emailed them two weeks later about. I will say, by the end of the 4th interview, I was glad they didn't make me an offer as the company seems disorganized and that employees do not have the proper resources they need to be successful. Also, as I said earlier, they all asked the exact same question. It was like Groundhog day. Apparently none of the top tier people communicate with each other to ensure that there were not redundancies.
