Interview
Went through 6 weeks of interviews, to only have the hiring manager quit the week of the final interviews. Then a whole new group of people decided on the final decisions for hiring. Was not very professional, and also raised some red flags for me. I asked what their successions plans were if people left their positions or the company, and the response was " teamwork to pick up the slack." "We select people who are (drinking the cool-aid) and are all about Commsor no matter what." Do your due diligence when interviewing for the "team" that doesn't have a plan.
Hiring manager screen > panel interview with 4 team members > written exercise > CEO call
Process was fine until the CEO call, which was a "let's chat and see how it goes" style interview. 90 seconds in to the CEO call, it was clear I wasn't moving forward, and wouldn't have accepted an offer if one was extended.
Not a match in either direction, no big deal.
After that interview, the CEO committed to a follow up within 3 business days. Over three weeks later, I haven't heard a peep. Ghosting a candidate after they have spent several hours spent in your interview process is a bad look.

Interview
Very communicative and transparent through the whole interview process. Initial interview with a person currently in the role, second interview with the Director of Customer Success. Felt very comfortable talking to both, and really appreciated that they offer post-process conversations about why I was not selected.
