Premier entretien avec une RH externe basée à Londres (PER). Questions classiques de motivation et sur le parcours / expériences pro.
Le processus est très long entre la candidature et le premier entretien. Ca donne une impression de manque de sérieux et une mauvaise image de Committed Advisors.
