The whole hiring process is a joke. Each step takes a month. They call your references before deciding to give you the job, Then offer the job but change the job title to junior to save money. When I called back to negotiate about the contract, they never called back and sends an automated message saying the application has been rejected after them OFFERING me the job via phone call!
