Soon after applying I was scheduled for a phone screen interview where we went over my experiences and interest in the position.
I then completed a virtual interview with the team to get to know my work style, specific experiences, and learn more about the business.
Then they completed a reference check and extended an offer.

Interview
First interview with HR, second with Founder, then a gorillatest, and finally an interview with multiple board members. I was told at the end of the third interview I would hear back in the coming week. After five weeks of silence and interviews with six other companies I've moved forward. I was looking to join a progressive and socially responsible organization yet I've learned if I'd like to have a larger impact on my community I am willing to forgo immediate gratification for long term fulfillment.

I interviewed first with an HR representative, second with the founder, and third with a few board members. Questions with HR and founder were par for the course. However once interviewing with some board members it was readily apparent they were unprofessional and derogatory of my experience.
