The process was for selecting candidates for Prepbytes team. My rounds went as follows: 2 technical rounds Round -1: Problem Solving ( Verdict: Cleared ) In this round, the interviewer asked 4 very easy (foundation-level problems from prepbytes platform) Round 2: System Design round ( Verdict: Cleared ) This round was taken by the CEO herself. The round revolved around the work I did in my current organization and its design. API Design, API Rate Limiting, Security, Database design, etc. 1 salary negotiation HR call - Offered 20 LPA for 2 years of experience candidate. I rejected the offer because the CEO is very rigid and lacks communication skills. There is no culture setup in the company. Think twice, not just the offer but also the people you'd be reporting to. I felt a toxic vibe in my culture fitment round, hence decided not to join.
