The most surprisingly round was the last round. They have asked some questions from their current on going projects and asked for best resolution for specific problems.

The interview was about individual contribution in previous organization and about the challenges preparedness about the job profile. Having the right learning attitude is very important at CollegeBol. Better get your hands dirty. If you are comfortable at a 9-5 job or a laid back work load, Honey, this isn't your gig.

Interview
The interview was over the phone. It was a simple interview, they asked mostly why I was interested to work with them and he explained about how their company started and what their goals are.
He asked about any previous experience of managing events or so. It was a simple but long interview.
