The interview process is very professional, with questions being asked about past experiences. Not too intense. 3 different people including the principal take turns asking questions and making sure to go deeper with every question.

The interview was conducted via zoom with the principal of the school. The interview lasted for approximately 30 minutes and I was not required to do a demo lesson. We spoke about my prior experience in education and my strengths as an educator.

Interview
Interview process was unique in that you first met with a few current teachers for your first interview. I felt it showed that their voices matter. You also get an inside scoop of what the culture is like there. It was not one on one so if you feel uncomfortable in a setting where there are multiple interviewers that may be nerve wracking.
