Interview
I had 4 useless rounds of interviews of which the first round was a bit ok, all four interviewers were asking the same old questions, it looked like they were just having mock interviews so that they can practice on their interviewing skills. The last round which is 4th round was supposed to be taken by the manager, which he hesitated to do so, and asked a lady to take it, she first refused to do so later he convinced her to finish it in 5 mins. She too asked the same old questions and told wait for a while the manager will meet you, so I was waiting, but the manager was busy chatting with her near the reception area. After 15 mins a guy comes up to me and says will get back to you on Monday. It really was a bad experience. And I really didn't receive a call from them.
I received an interview call letter. Very eagerly I went as Collabera is a reputed company in the industry. All candidates submitted resumes and asked to sit in a conference room. A little guy entered inside, took position in the middle seat and said to me and one more gentleman you both are very senior and we can't afford your package. Why can't they read the resume fully before killing our one day? Jobseeker's time is so cheap for this company ah? One of the worst experience I had in my life!
