Interview
I received an invite for a phone interview. We did the phone interview and it went very well. She sent me an assessment and an internet connectivity test since it was a remote position. I completed those right away and returned them. I was invited to do a video call interview. The video call was lackluster. I was interviewed by one woman who seemed to have very little experience interviewing. She gave almost no feedback to any of my responses and just nodded her head and moved onto the next question. The interview lasted maybe 20 minutes. Very standard interview questions. At the end she told me I would hear back from the original person who gave me the phone interview. I never heard anything again. I sent multiple follow up emails. Overall I would never interview with this company again, nor will I recommend to anyone to use their product. Their behavior was overall extremely unprofessional. I know many people in mortgage and insurance and will never recommend anyone to get continuing education through Colibri Group. Also, their pay is below industry standard. I would recommend to save your time and apply elsewhere.
