1-Screen call 2-Pair programming Code test The interview process is pretty disappointing I got scheduled for a pair programming session and ended having a hard school coding test. In my interview process it did not feel as pair session the questions I asked where not answer as a real coding session. This kind of question does not make sense after been out of school for 13 years having engineering and master degrees.
