This was my first interview experience for an IT role during my campus placement drive with Broadridge, applying for the technical member position. Coming from a non-IT background with limited knowledge in the field, I had some coding experience in Python and technical knowledge in DBMS, SQL, and Computer Networks (CN). I initially didn’t expect that an IT interview would provide me with the motivation and confidence for future interviews.
Round 1: Online Test
I had at least five interviews with different people. The process is lengthy and the coordination seems hectic (no one seems to know how many rounds are left??). The questions are quite straightforward though, technical and not too Leetcode-like.
