Cogito Group Software Developer/Dev Ops Engineer interview questions

Applied online, and the HR person emailed me to schedule a phone interview. A manager from the company called my cellphone on the scheduled day. He asked some general questions and then some technical ones. It soon became clear that he hadn't read my CV very well. He confused me with another candidate, and had barely any idea about my background. He also showed no interest in my answers to his questions. This left me with a bad feeling afterwards.
