The talent team member I worked with had great communication throughout. The process was grueling - screening with talent, hiring manager interview, work product, 1:1 with C-Suite member. The work product was EXTENSIVE (it took me MUCH longer than their recommendation) and it was clear they were hoping to grab ideas from candidates to implement. Unfortunately, I made it to the final round with a C-suite member and then the only feedback I received when I was denied was that they had "decided it is not a great fit for our current needs." It was disappointing to have devoted so much time and then not offered constructive feedback. Also, aren't you screening for whether someone is a good fit in the first two conversations? The only positive is that they'll pay you up to $600 for the work product. Still not worth all the time spent.
