I did a basic phone screening, then they asked me to do a non-trivial take-home assignment and told me that we'd then have a video interview to discuss my project. Almost a month later, I received a generic automated rejection form-letter from "The Talent Team" with no indication that anybody even looked at my project. I gave them some polite feedback afterwards about my experience and have been ignored so far. Being rejected for a job is one thing I can accept: but these circumstances were very unprofessional and disrespectful. I think that as a data-driven company, they might tend to ignore the human side of the equation.
