I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cococart in Jul 2022
Interview
- 30min online technical assessment in Javascript (basic data structures).
- 30min call with HR.
- Rejection letter. Although I sent 2 follow up emails to understand more about the rejection, never got an answer.
There was an initial interview to get to know you, then another with one of their HR reps. After that there was a technical react (but not really react) interview. After that I got on a technical with the CEO, but was asked to find a bug in a test.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cococart (Singapore) in May 2022
Interview
I was having a great experience. They were using questions that can be applied in the day-to-day job as a software engineer. The interviewer were also friendly and not intimidating, I don't feel any pressure from them and can calmly answer the questions. They also generous on giving hints and pointing out something I missed, and they didn't take a simple mistake as a red flag.
