Interview took place in three separate interviews. They got back to me very quickly-which is a sign of the amount of turnover they have in the company. The overall job duties were not fully explained during the interview.

Question 1
Strengths and weakness and other general questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cobalt Executives (Dresher, PA) in Jul 2017
Interview
My interview was scheduled at 10:15, but I did not begin my interview till around 10:30-10:40, so I sat in the waiting room listening to the receptionist call anyone and everyone that applied for an interview. The interview was very short, maybe only 10-15 minutes . The questions were very general. For example, they asked me what my experiences in marketing were and what interested me in marketing. Overall the interview itself was average. However it was a huge red flag to me once the interviewer explained to me the flow of customers in Costco and how much money Costco earns. I was also told that the company's clients were contestants of
the show Shark Tank and relied on these mysterious Costco sales. There was definitely something off about the explanation that I was given about the job, so I was definitely not looking to continue on to the second interview regardless of whether it was offered to me.

Question 1
Out of these three qualities, in which do you believe you are the strongest: student mentality, positive outlook, or work ethic?
I applied online. I interviewed at Cobalt Executives (Northampton, PA) in May 2017
Interview
This is a three-step interview process. Except it only took me one interview to realize this company is lying to you. I came in for an in office marketing position. They then told me I would be going to different types of stores such as Costco and Sam's Club to sell products. In the interview they told me that it has everything to do with sales and basically nothing to do with marketing. I told them I was not interested in a second interview.
