Job listed on Craigslist - filled out online application - was contacted by company for ID, driver's license information, insurance information - no real formal interview was conducted. Process was very easy, and stressed the need for independence & dependability. Each project is proceeded by a review of the specific project's objectives and has specific directions for each stop.
