I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CoStar Group (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2025
Interview
Standard recruiting screen, followed by 2 in-person interviews (1 peer, 1 manager for an hour each). Recruiting screen was very standard, the recruiter spent more time talking than I did. The in-person interviews were standard 'tell me about a time' type questions, and the interviewers were prepared and professional, but no real vigor or challenge on the stories I was telling. I elected not to continue forward as a candidate, as I didn't like their RTO policies.

I had a phone screening not long after submitting my application online. The recruiter said they would recommend me to move forward but never heard anything after despite sending a few follow-ups.
Online call with recruiter Natalie Hartley followed by 1+ hour of interview with the hiring manager, and then two+ weeks of radio silence. Expected slighly more streamlined and timely response than ghosting.
