After you submit your resume, they send you a case study that takes hours to complete. Then, after waiting for weeks and hearing nothing, you get an automated rejection email that basically says that you were rejected because your case study lacked critical thinking and doesn't meet their company's "high standards". I felt that this is incredibly rude after I spent hours just to apply, to never hear from a real human and receive automated feedback about my apparent lack of skills. Don't bother applying here!
