If you posses good knowledge in Automobile parts then you are in. Basically you deal with Automobile parts and you need to have good idea about it. you need to posses good inter personal and communication skills.

Interview
Brief telephone interview followed by a senior management interview. It took well over a month for any feedback, even longer still to receive an offer. All in all it was very messy and slow.
During the interview I was 'lied' to in terms of what I benefits I would get when joining the company and asked questions that I was unable to answer due to my lack of experience within the industry.
All in all I would not recommend accepting an interview with this company.
