4 round interview process and a mini project. Pay starts off at 60k. They have you jump through too many hoops for too little pay. They have you create free work recording content for their mini project. They then have you subcribe to their application so you can then explain the content they assigned to your mini project. Ridiculous.
I got to the second stage interview and they had me do a recording exercise, It was a how to vlog pretty much. wasted time in my opinion. Dodged a bullet.

Applied through a Job platform, Recruitment agency. Interview process was long and redundant. Took about 2months with days to weeks interval every interview Initial Interview with recruitment >"Culture" interview > Interview with Tech Manager > "Mini Project" Assessment > Technical Interview > Director Interview . After this I was not able to proceed with the interview anymore but I believe there were a few more interviews supposed after that. Most questions at the interview were the same you're just talking to different people and position

They will ask you technical/specific questions about the platform even though they have not shown any demo and are currently underway to a new UI/UX of the platform.
