Cleverbridge GmbH interview questions

I rated it as overall negative experience because HR just disappeared after the first interview. What is puzzling is that we had a good interview and I had a very good first impression of the company so I wasn´t expecting just being ghosted. I was moving fast with interview process in another company and reached out about feedback but haven´t received any reply. I think job hunting is challenging as it is and this type of treatment could be very demotivating. I would really encourage the company to reply to candidates, it really doesn´t take long but makes a difference.

The interview process was quite lengthy and thorough (6 rounds total). - Phone screen with the recruiter (30min) - Zoom interview with the hiring manager (30min) - Zoom presentation + panel interview (60min) - Zoom interview with the CTO (60min) - Zoom conversation with the hiring manager on lingering questions (45min) - Zoom conversation with the CEO (45min) I had good communication and defined steps after every round. The entire process took about one month.
