The interview process is roughly as follows:
Apply online first. After you pass the screening, HR will notify you and give you some written test questions. The questions mainly cover the technical aspects of the problem, more professional, impressive. The exam takes an open-book format, but most of the case questions are comprehensive problem-solving problems in real work situations, which cannot be found on the Internet or in books. Finally, there will be a phone interview of about 10 minutes, followed by a time selected for a real group interview. In the final round of interviews, technical skills are tested and behavioral questions are asked.
