I was contacted without applying and invited to interview for a position in ops. The initial communication was fine. It was a video interview began fine with background on the company. I was asked about my skills and experience and the interviewer actually mocked several of my answers. When I asked about several of their processes they acted like it was a ridiculous question. I sent a thank you email after but asked to be removed from the running.
