Clarke & Watt Building Consultancy interview questions

Let this be an example of how to not hire! Did not communicate well at all, I got sent a teams call invite but seemed surprised when i wasn't there for f2f(?). They quickly jumped on call after realising their mistake but it was extremely unwelcoming, they propped up teams on iphone with no face in frame. I was essentially talking to a white wall with two peoples shoulders in frame, Very bizzare experience and potentially the last thing you need when you already have pre-interview nerves! I was very rushed by them, 15 min max. Moved on from questions quickly and didn't give me chance to develop any answers. Seems like chaos from the top down! Not a good first impression. Now been ghosted by the company with no follow up or feedback, it has been nearly 3 weeks. I have been interviewing for 6 months and I have never experienced this! Management: Please realise that interviews are also a chance for YOU to make a good first impression on the candidate!!!
