1/2 hour audio phone interview with owner manager. Small company. Install phone equipment. They hire fresh college grads for $22/hour. Hard to imagine that fresh college grads would work for that much. So, this is a kindergarten type of job.

Question 1
I could have gotten an offer if I were willing to work for $22/hour, but of course, I am not. Interview questions were basically asking if you have experience with the products they sell, install and support.
