Bad interview experience. I was told I would be meeting the head of the analyst team to go through my CV and why I was interested in the role. This part was okay, however, they did emphasize how when they started working at Clarilis they had no experience and that I had a lot more experience than they had ever had when starting. This was fine, but I was told that I didn't get the position as I didn't have the 'experience' they wanted. I found this quite hypercritical and they didn't elaborate on what this actually meant so felt it was a cop-out excuse. I then was told I would have a casual get-to-know-you chat with another company director. This wasn't the case, two people interviewed me in what was a very formal interview. I felt a little blindsided as this was not what I was expecting since I had already had another interview beforehand. Additionally, the process seemed disorganised with the interviews overrunning. I was there for a lot longer than I was told I would be. I therefore had to move my car from the car park as my parking ticket had expired. Moreover, I was initially told I would hear back from the company the next day. They then changed this and said by the end of the week. They didn't end up telling me the outcome of the interview for 2 weeks later which was frustrating.
