Interview process was smooth. HRs are very responsive and supportive. Whole process took 2 weeks. All interviewers are very much experienced and clear about what kind of person they are looking for and what are the expectations are..

CoderPad - one task to parse API response. I must say that was weird interview. API endpoint to call returned data of employees. Looks as it was prepared in rush as some of data has completely different structure and type. Some employees id were as string, the others were integer. In the real world you would never call API endpoint like this. I correctly solved the tasks and answered to questions. The guy who lead this interview wanted me to focus on to properly print the result on stdout. For me he should focus on complexity, data structures or the result itself not the string on the output. Fortunately, they decided to not to continue the recruitment process. No valuable feedback received. Never seen such a amateur coding exercise.
