Clare Matrix interview questions

The interview was with a panel of 4 individuals (hr manager, hr recruiter, clinical coordinator and Senior director of clinical services). They each took turns asking questions regarding professional plans/journeys and capabilities regarding the job description and the organization's goals. Juggling eye-contact, addressing each question clearly and concisely, and seeming relaxed and open to work was not easy. I would not come into a setting like this unprepared. However, I was able to prepare for some time before and I believe that the process went well. All individuals present were kind, engaging and straightforward. I also appreciated their ability to make me think and engage with them beyond the parameters of an interview.

Good interview, very personable interview. Questions are geared towards your knowledge base and skill level, your background in detox and knowledge of detox procedures. They are flexible with schedule and ask your availability
