Sent the CV and cover letter direct and ot offered an interview. The interview was 1 hhr of personality and competency questions by a technical director and a CAD technician.

Sent CV and Cover Letter then had an 'initial' chat with someone from the recruitment team. Was described by them as an 'initial chat' when actually they asked your typical interview questions, a little misleading.
