Phone Interview, just about my background. Coding Assignment
Two hours interview split in two parts, the first part with two persons, the second one with one interviewer. Only general questions, nothing detailed.
I didn't get an offer but they were politely looking concerned about my job hunting.

Question 1
How would you find the optimal list of best paths to show to a certain user?

Interview
First step is 30 minute phone interview with head of engineering. Then coding challenge where you had to solve shortest path problem. Then a technical Skype interview with senior engineer. Finally onsite lasting 4 hours which was a mix technical and behaviourial but not coding. Then another 30 minute Skype interview with the CEO. Everybody was friendly and professional throughout, including the CEO.

Interview
Filled in an online application, which had fairly open and quite interesting questions. Then had a telephone interview with the software engineering lead, followed by a coding challenge. The telephone interview was quite informal and I was asked mostly about previous work that I had undertaken and the challenges associated with it.
