I applied about 25 days before I received any contact. Received an email detailing the entire interview process up to the expected offer date. I appreciated this kind of communication. 1st Interview was Skype, over a week went by and I was contacted for a 2nd (face to face) interview. This was a 2.5 hour interview which was fairly intense. I actually thought it was amusing. I was asked for my references before my face to face interview. This was very unusual for me but I complied. Overall it was a good process, I just don’t agree with taking people’s references unless a offer is being made. Did receive a general rejection email about 2 week later.
