Interview
First interview was telephone. Second interview was a face to face with 3 different managers. Third interview was with 3 members of the manager's team (the manager who eventually hired me).

Very typical interview questions:
1. Why are you interested in the position?
2. Where do you see technology headed?
3. Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
It was a very informal interview process. I already knew the hiring manager so she really just told me about the job and wanted to know why I wanted to move departments and what I want for a future career.
