I first applied to a job an received an AI text message to schedule the interview. The interview was on Teams and as i was on the Video call the recruiter did not turn on their video. Very uncomfortable. After the interview which seemed to go very well and the Head recruiter for the bank said i would be hearing from him in a month. I sent a follow up email just to say thank you and heard nothing, Fast forward to two months later with nothing, another recruiter calls me and interviews me and recommends me for the job. I heard nothing again and had to reach out. Very unprofessional.
