Overall the two people I interviewed with were very nice and did a great job of painting the company as an appealing place to work. The recruiter in particular was so pleasant to speak with and he was so encouraging and helpful throughout the process. The hiring manager was also a really nice person to interact with and it's clear he is probably a supportive manager to report to and worth with. I only made it to Round 2 of the interviews, but as I understood it there would be maybe 2-3 more interviews and definitely a case study or technical assessment of some kind and a presentation. And also at least one team member and/or stakeholder interview. The two interviews I had were a 30 min video call with the recruiter and a 45-60 min call with the hiring manager. When I didn't make it past round 2 the recruiter sent me such a kind email with specific feedback from the hiring manager and overall it was the best "rejection" email I've received to date in my career. It was encouraging with positive feedback and it was specific with feedback about why I wasn't the best fit for them at that time. They didn't send a template email and it felt really respectful and it was so appreciated.
