Straightforward phone interview, some mocking where they proposed a certain topic, gave me some time to develop some questions, and then guide them through a speaking practice while they pretended to be a student.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Develop questions based off of a specific topic for speaking practice.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Chungdahm Learning (New York, NY)
Interview
It took me two days for the interviews and test. They had a listening test, grammar test, writing test and speaking test. You had to pass all of those test to be considered to the next phase of the hiring process which consist of interviews in different accounts.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chungdahm Learning (Seoul) in Feb 2013
Interview
Very easy-going. The Head Instructor was very interested to learn about me and had fantastic answers and insight to any questions I had.
All I had was a phone interview/Skype call and I was set for orientation (which was awful)
Orientation is more for you to understand what their methodology is and perform it in almost mirror form. You'll experience the pitfalls of this system when you actually teach your first class at Chungdahm.
